NHS FAMILY SESSION Questionnaire

Hi! I’m Kate – lovely to meet you!

Thank you so much for being part of this special project in collaboration with the Solihull Approach and the NHS. I'm Kate, a family photographer based in Birmingham, and I’m really passionate about capturing natural, connected moments that reflect who you are as a family—your routines, your love, and the little things that make your day to day life beautiful.

I take a relaxed, documentary style approach to photography, meaning you don’t need to pose or perform. I’ll gently guide you if needed (especially for good light!), but I mainly work around real interactions: playing, reading stories, baking, chatting… whatever feels natural to you.

Once the photos are ready, they’ll be shared with the Solihull Approach for use across their website, social media, and campaigns that support family wellbeing. You’ll also receive your own online gallery, with full access to download and keep the images for personal use too.
